Booking & Policies
— Reservation: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date.
— Payments: Cash, PayPal, bank transfer, and contactless payment (Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are accepted. Contactless payments are subject to a 1.5% service fee.
— Invoicing: A regular invoice is provided for all services (P.IVA).
— Delivery: Final photos are delivered via a permanent download link.
— Usage Rights: Includes unlimited commercial usage rights for internal and external communication.
— Portfolio Use: Unless a confidential shoot is requested, I reserve the right to publish selected images in my portfolio and on social media.
— Express Delivery: Same-day delivery is available upon request for an additional 50% of the session price.
— Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 3 days before the shoot. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
— Travel: Travel fees apply for locations outside the Milan city area.
— Team: Makeup and styling services are quoted separately.

Yes. I can set up a professional mobile studio directly at your office or event location in Milan or the Lombardy region to provide high-quality executive portraits without disrupting your team’s workflow.
Are you available for multi-day conferences outside of Milan?
Absolutely. While I am based in Milan, I regularly cover events across Northern Italy, including Lake Como, Turin, and Bergamo. For multi-day projects, I provide custom quotes based on the specific scope and travel requirements.
What equipment do you use for event photography?
I use professional-grade full-frame Sony A7M4 camera with a set of high-end lenses and lighting equipment suitable for different environments. This ensures sharp, high-resolution imagery even in challenging lighting conditions like dark conference halls or evening gala dinners.
Do you speak English/Italian?
Yes. I work in English daily and can communicate in Italian as well. Also I speak Russian.
