A large-scale commercial project shot for Burger King’s national employer branding.

This project involved creating strong, eye-catching photos for a nationwide recruitment campaign. The case shows professional photography made for outdoor advertising, focusing on real people and genuine team spirit for one of Russia’s largest fast-food brands.

The Project Scope

At first, Burger King Russia considered using AI-generated images for this campaign, but they didn’t feel real or trustworthy. They asked me to shoot authentic photos of real employees instead. By showing actual people rather than models or computer-generated images, we created visuals that feel genuine, energetic, and true to the brand.

A project of this size required close coordination between the crew, people being photographed, and the brand team. To capture real, unposed moments, we worked fast and used precise lighting setups so that every image stayed true to the brand’s look and feel.

From Set to City Streets

The final stage of the project involved integrating the photography into various design layouts for national distribution. These visuals were adapted for high-impact outdoor advertising, effectively communicating the brand’s message on billboards, transit hubs, and city-scale displays across the country.
